Hello, rather than clog up here, I am posting all my sketches/studies as Art (but not to the Art Portal as they are sketches) so that, long-run, everything will be in one place. It is also great as a sort of aspirational tool. 

Okay so here are the best of day 2 with digital painting. I worked on a sphere study, some shading, and some squiggleys testing different pens. It looked really good but then I went overboard with the blending tool. This was made in ArtRage 5, again with the XP-Pen Deco 1

I was frustrated by the blending tool mishap, so I made Trogdor because Trogdor. Featuring a burning thatched roof cottage.

Hello all, I am very excited, I just got a drawing tablet! It is an XP-Pen Deco 1 that I got on sale. It has been so relaxing to do sketches but I am looking forward to one day being able to add to all the amazing art I see on here. My first jaunt was a drawing of the couch/lamp sitting in front of me at my desk, and the second was a hurricane lamp I drew from memory. I know I need a lot more practice and it will take a long time, but I look forward to sharing more on the Art Portal once I am ready!

Hey, I made a picture for myself finally. I kind of saw it as the wrath of God smashing an evil clown. What do you all think?

Hey, has anyone considered that this could all be a massive April Fools joke? I certainly HOPE it is. I certainly see no way that China would ACTUALLY approve of Newgrounds... I just want Thing Thing Arena 3 back...
